I had an excellent and extraordinary experience with Malloy. I was on vacation in California and looking to rent a sports car through a private rental agency. I was obviously required to have auto insurance, but I don’t currently own a vehicle. After several calls with other insurance agencies and multiple dead ends, I found Laura at Malloy who helped me get everything I needed to be covered for the rental in less than 24 hours. Incredible! For non-owners liability insurance, I was able to have everything covered except for the vehicle I was driving, but with Laura’s suggestion, I was able to utilize my credit card service with American Express that covers certain rental vehicles up to $50k in damages just for being a card member. The combination of these two insurances allowed me to get the coverage I needed to rent my car. Huge thank you to Laura!
